Mark Brealey QC left Brick Court Chambers to join Monckton Chambers this week. Brealey, a veteran UK and EU antitrust litigator, moved to Monckton after more than two decades at Brick Lane, Monckton said Wednesday.
A specialist in EU and Competition Law, Mark Brealey is experienced before both UK and EU courts. Recent work includes acting for Sainsbury’s against MasterCard and Visa pursuing damages claims based on the allegation that the interchange fees charged by MasterCard and Visa breached competition law.
