The company offered a solution in selling Hain’s own-label freshly squeezed fruit juice business to Multiple Marketing Ltd, which has over 30 years of history in the UK’s fruit juice industry.
In August the CMA started a public consultation on how the divestment will effect competition and they have since decided to approve the divestment.
