Leading national plaintiffs’ firm Seeger Weiss LLP announced today that Jennifer Scullion, a 20-year litigation veteran and formerly a partner at Proskauer Rose, has joined the firm as partner in its New York office.
Scullion has led complex litigations, arbitrations, and appeals for US and multinational clients in a wide array of areas, including antitrust, consumer fraud, communications, and international bondholder disputes. She also has deep experience in class actions on both the plaintiff and defense side, as well as in federal regulatory proceedings.
“Like many of our lawyers, Jennifer has built her legal career on successfully handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters for a big defense firm. Her experience handling multiple jury and bench trials to verdict, including antitrust and communications law, helps us further distinguish ourselves as a plaintiffs’ firm capable of going toe-to-toe with the most prominent defense firms in the profession,” says Seeger Weiss founding partner Stephen Weiss.
“Seeger Weiss has built its reputation on the outstanding trial experience of our lawyers and the stellar results they’ve obtained for our clients,” says Seeger Weiss founding partner Christopher Seeger. “Jennifer’s broad experience trying and litigating complex commercial cases is a perfect fit for us as we take on more high-profile cases of national gravity.”
