Antitrust Enforcement of the NDRC and SAIC: Retrospect and Prospect

2017 marks the 10th anniversary since the promulgation of the AML. The antitrust enforcement of the NDRC and SAIC was stable and normalized in 2017. A highlighted feature was the significantly increased attention towards administrative monopolies. In addition, legislative developments in 2017 were very active, with the upcoming introduction and formulation of antitrust guidelines for certain industries, typical monopolistic conduct and enforcemen
