An appeals court has affirmed the Moscow Commercial Court’s earlier invalidation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s resolution that baby food procurement tender requirements limit the number of potential bidders.
Nutricia, a Danone subsidiary, had contested the state procurement tender won by Moskva Ziatoglavaya and Wimm-Bill-Dann to provide free baby food to Muscovites.
