David is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office of Fangda Partners. He advises clients on antitrust investigations, regulatory review of mergers & acquisitions and antitrust litigation.
Before joining Fangda Partners, David worked with a US law firm in Brussels advising clients on European Commission and European Member State merger control and antitrust investigations in the aviation, commodities trading, IT, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors.
Prior to working in private practice, David gained experience in government public enforcement working with the Irish Competition Authority investigating suspected breaches of Irish and European competition law.
