James is currently in the process of qualifying as an associate in the competition law team in the Hong Kong office of Fangda Partners. He has assisted in advising on antitrust compliance, investigations, antitrust litigation, as well as merger filings.
Before joining Fangda Partners, James worked as a regional compliance analyst in an international bank. At the bank, James worked on market surveillance, communications surveillance, and investigations relating to equities trading, then on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and sanctions issues across the Asia-Pacific region.
