BAA to sell Edinburgh airport for $1.3 billion

 |  April 23, 2012

BAA will sell Edinburgh airport to Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) for 807.2 million pounds (approximately $1.3 billion). BAA owns Heathrow and Stansted airports. The Commission gave its approval for the U.S.-based GIP to buy Edinburgh airport; GIP already owns Gatwick and City airports.
