DiCello Levitt Gutzler Expands Antitrust Practice

DiCello Levitt Gutzler announced a dramatic expansion of its national plaintiffs’ antitrust and competition practice with the addition of six litigators. The team, all based in New York, includes Gregory Asciolla, Karin Garvey, Robin A. van der Meulen, and Matthew Perez as partners, as well as Veronica Bosco and Jonathan Crevier as associates. They will join the firm on March 7.

Their addition immediately positions DiCello Levitt among the nation’s premier antitrust and competition litigation practice groups, while significantly expanding the firm’s presence in New York and increasing its overall attorney headcount by 15%. Given DiCello Levitt’s existing strengths in the technology industry – including lead roles in several of the largest data privacy cases in US history, which helped earn it Law360 Cybersecurity & Privacy Group of the Year honors in 2021 and 2022 – this group is a natural fit within the firm’s strategic growth objectives. The move also comes at a time when antitrust, particularly in the technology sector, is one of the hottest areas of law.
