On Monday, October 29, Hogan Lovells announced the appointment of Salomé Cisnal De Ugarte as the firm’s new Office Managing Partner for Brussels.
The firm’s Brussels office serves a wide range of multinational companies, financial institutions, government agencies, and regulatory authorities on antitrust, competition, regulatory, and international trade law issues. The office comprises 24 lawyers, including five partners.
Since joining Hogan Lovells in Brussels last year, Salomé has built a broad client base throughout the region and is knowledgeable on all aspects of EU competition law. She works on EU and international transactions, which often raise complex cross-border issues or involve parallel investigations before regulatory authorities around the globe, and is also widely recognized for her experience and in-depth knowledge in consumer goods and services, TMT, and life sciences.
