European Commission investigating Libor derivatives trading

The European Commission is investigating possible collusion between companies involved in derivatives trading based on Libor. EC Spokesperson Antoine Colombani stated that the probe has been ongoing for several months, for multiple currencies.
Barclays, HSBC, and Royal Bank of Scotland have confirmed that they were questioned by the Commission.
