One of the most highly regarded practitioners in EU competition law, Stephen Kinsella, has joined Flint Global as Specialist Partner.
According to a press release, Kinsella brings over 30-years of experience advising clients on EU competition law, with a particular focus on the media, technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining Flint, her was co-leader of Sidley Austin’s global antitrust team and head of the European Antitrust/Competition group.
In recognition of his work, he has been praised in several Who’s Who Legal publications, to which he was described in 2017 as “one of the best in Brussels – indeed, one of the best in the world.”
During his career, Stephen has served as chair of the International Bar Association Trade Committee and co-chair to the International Committee of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section. He has also made other significant contributions in the antitrust space as editor of IBA’s Competition Law International and founding editor of the Global Competition Review’s Guide to Vertical Restraints.
