Trick or treat! Halloween may be an excuse for grown-ups to dress up and eat candy, but we here at CPI take the holiday very seriously. So seriously, in fact, that we have taken the liberty of suggesting costumes to our colleagues Jon Leibowitz, Douglas Ginsburg, Sharis Pozen, John Fingleton, Joaquín Almunia, and Dennis Carlton. Yet these alter egos aren’t too dissimilar from their day jobs…
