Linklaters announced the election of two new partners in its global antitrust group, effective May 1, 2021.
Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson has been elected as partner in the firm’s Paris office. Charlotte joined Linklaters in 2011 and has extensive expertise in key areas of competition law with a focus on high-profile antitrust investigations and global merger control matters. She advises both on European and French Competition law with specific expertise in the FMCG, automotive, transport, optical retail, and healthcare sectors.
Xi Liao has been elected as partner at Zhao Sheng Law Firm, the firm’s joint operation partner in the People’s Republic of China. Xi is based in Beijing and has represented a number of multinational and Chinese companies and investment funds on various aspects of competition law including handing merger filings, responding to investigations, devising compliance programs, and providing behavioral counseling. Xi has extensive experience in multiple sectors including healthcare, natural resources & energy, technology, transport & infrastructure, chemicals, and FMCG.
