Micron and Oracle settle DRAM price lawsuit

Micron and Oracle have settled their 2010 lawsuit over DRAM prices. Oracle had sued Micron, alleging that from 1998 to 2002, Micron conspired to control production capacity, divide the market, and overcharge for dynamic random access memory. The details of the settlement have not been disclosed.
