Dr Hélène Bourguignon joins one of Europe’s top competition practices to lead its team in France.
Oxera announced that Dr Hélène Bourguignon is joining Oxera this week to head up our expanding team in Paris. Hélène has more than 15 years’ experience in Competition Economics. She joins us from MAPP-KPMG, where she led antitrust and merger cases in a wide range of industries including consumer goods, transport, healthcare, and online platforms.
Hélène has also worked at the Conseil de la Concurrence and the Autorité de la concurrence, in both antitrust and merger cases. Hélène graduated from the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Économique (ENSAE) and received a PhD in Economics from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the CREST-LEI. Hélène has been selected for the W@ ‘40 in their 40s’ Notable Women Competition Professionals in Europe, the Americas and Africas, as part of the ‘Economics and Academia’ category.
