Plesner welcome Jacob Borum as a new partner in Plesner’s EU and Competition Law team from 1 August 2021. Jacob is an EU and competition law specialist and has extensive experience in all areas of Danish and EU competition law. In addition, he has considerable experience advising within the interface between competition law and intellectual property law.
Jacob has been Assistant Head of Division at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and has international experience from the European Commission and White & Case in Brussels.
Jacob is a familiar face at Plesner, having worked in the firm in the period 2008-2013; most recently as an Associate Partner.
With Jacob Borum, Plesner strengthens its position as a leading firm within EU and Competition Law in Denmark.
