Amaryllis Müller advises on all aspects of Belgian and European competition law, with a focus on merger control and cartel litigation including follow-on damages claims.
Amaryllis’ recent experience covers EU and multi-jurisdictional merger analysis and filings, including in the context of extensive Phase II merger investigations involving complex remedies. In the cartels area, she has recently been involved in a successful appeal of a Belgian Competition Authority decision before the Belgian Court of Appeal and is representing clients in ‘first-of-their-kind’ follow-on damages claims brought by the European Commission and the Belgian State. Her work crosses a range of sectors – from regulated industries including telecommunications and transport to manufacturing industries such as aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cement and elevators.
