Slovenia: Network accused of refusing access

Slovania’s competition regulator has found that Telekom Slovenije abused its dominant position in the broadband access market from 01 January 2005 to at least 14 March 2014.

In the physical access market, it did not provide alternative operators with the same information on infrastructure availability for the purposes of collocation as its own internal operations received.

The regulator ordered Telekom to cease the violations within three months.
