Spain: Commission throws wrench in Cemex, Holcim deal

Switzerland’s Holcim and Mexico’s Cemex have reportedly received a new obstacle in their efforts to merge.

Holcim is planning to acquire Cemex ahead of its larger merger with France’s Lafarge.
