Google over allegations of anti-competitive behavior that have impacted publishers and news agencies in Spain.

The CNMC is conducting an investigation into whether Google has engaged in anti-competitive behavior in the Spanish market, reported Reuters. The investigation includes Google, Google Ireland, Google Spain, and their parent company Alphabet.

According to CNMC, the reported practices involve distorting fair competition and enforcing unjust conditions on press publishers and Spanish news agencies.
