US: Colorado AG files complaint in merger of DaVita, UnitedHealth

In an unprecedented move, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser filed a complaint in El Paso County District Court Wednesday morning that aims to blunt the anticompetitive effects of a proposed merger of physician groups owned by Denver-based DaVita Inc. and insurance giant UnitedHealth Group.
