Henry C. Su, advisor to two former-Federal Trade Commissioners, and a top Silicon Valley litigator, has joined Constantine Cannon and will strengthen the firm’s competition practice and reach in California.
During Mr. Su’s six-plus-year tenure as a public servant with the FTC, he played several key roles within the agency. He was a senior trial lawyer in the Bureau of Competition’s Litigation Group, representing American consumers in both anti-competitive merger and conduct cases. Notably, he acted as lead attorney in the FTC’s successful challenge to the merger between St. Luke’s Health System and Saltzer Medical Group in the District of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Su served as a senior advisor to former Chairwoman Edith Ramirez, from 2015 to 2017, and the former-Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch, from 2011 to 2013, on competition matters, projects, and issues coming before the Commission.
“Henry’s diverse and wide-ranging career is a testament to his dedication and spirit,” said W. Stephen Cannon, Chairman of Constantine Cannon LLP, and Managing Partner of the DC office. “He is an exceptional lawyer with the experience to guide clients through the DC legal and political playing field. We are happy to welcome him to the team.”
