Stacey A. Mahoney, Esq. of the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, will receive the William T. Lifland Award from the Antitrust Section on January 17 at the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) annual meeting.
The NYSBA Antitrust Section’s William T. Lifland Award is presented to antitrust practitioners in recognition of their contributions and accomplishments in the field of antitrust. The Lifland Award acknowledges those who throughout their professional careers have distinguished themselves as leading antitrust practitioners as well as serving the broader antitrust community in a leadership role.
Mahoney’s practice includes all aspects of antitrust law. She represents clients in cases involving restraints of trade, monopolization, tying, exclusive dealing, price fixing, price discrimination, false advertising, unfair competition, and related business torts. She is the former chair of the NYSBA Antitrust Section.
