Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced a new hiring at its Boston office to boost the firm’s Intellectual Property section, according to reports.
William Meunier will join Mintz Levin and bring to the firm his extensive history in technology patent litigation. He will join the firm from Goodwin Proctor, at which he was a partner.
Meunier’s particular expertise is centered upon patent infringement disputes and enforcement of intellectual property rights, reports say. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of IP cases involving copyright, false advertising, and patent-related antitrust and competition cases,
Meunier is also registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office, say reports.
