Alberto Martinazzi is a Specialist in EU and Italian competition law, with particular experience in the field of EU and national merger control filings and antitrust investigations. Involved in various antitrust and merger control cases in the financial services, energy, private equity and investment funds/venture capital sectors.

Education: Law maxima cum laude from the University of Milan in 2002. LL.M. in EC competition law from King's College - University of London in 2003. Visiting Erasmus student at Tübingen University in Germany.
