Ankur Kapoor

Ankur Kapoor is a partner in Constantine Cannon, focusing on antitrust litigation and counseling. He has experience in various areas of antitrust law, including price fixing, tying and exclusive dealing, bundled rebates, monopolization, patent-antitrust (including fraud on the Patent Office, patent enforcement and licensing, and settlement of Hatch-Waxman patent litigation), merger analysis, and joint ventures. His practice has encompassed antitrust litigation and counseling in private actions (including complex class actions) as well as federal and state antitrust agency proceedings.
