Bernard Amory practices competition law representing clients before the European Commission, national courts, and competition authorities in Europe and the European Courts in Luxembourg.

Bernard's recent or ongoing representations relate to Article 81 (restrictive practices), leading merger cases, and significant experience in Article 82 (abuses). He also has experience with state aid and state measures. He served as a council member of the International Bar Association (SBL) and is on the advisory board of the European Competition Journal.
