Cynthia Lewis Lagdameo is counsel for international antitrust at the US Federal Trade Commission. She served as co-chair of the ICN's Unilateral Conduct Working Group from 2011-to 2012. She has been responsible for U.S. agency participation in the ICN since the ICN was formed in 2001.
