Guilherme Roschke is Counsel for International Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission.
His focus is on international privacy and enforcement cooperation, including EU-US data transfers, the Global Privacy Enforcement Network, and the Global Privacy Assembly. Guilherme is also the U.S. Delegate to the OECD’s Data Governance and Privacy working party. Previously, he was the Policy Counsel at Common Sense Media where he worked on children’s privacy, and digital literacy.
Prior to law school, Guilherme was a computer programmer with experience in corporate, non-profit, and scientific environments. He is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars, and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from The George Washington University Law School, and an LLM from Georgetown Law.
