Karan Singh Chandhiok heads the competition law practice group at Chandhiok & Mahajan. His practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law and advises and represents clients on mergers,commercial arrangements, strategic alliances, and behavioral matters (cartels and abuse of dominance) in India. He has extensive experience in EC and UK competition laws. He has also assisted in merger review investigations undertaken under US antitrust provisions. Karan started his career at Allen and Overy and has worked at Luthra and Luthra Law offices previously.
