Senior Counsel, Global Antitrust Compliance & Americas Ethics and Legal Compliance As Senior Counsel at Intel, Leonor’s responsibilities include all aspects of Intel’s antitrust compliance program, including training and counseling employees, policy development, and monitoring. Leonor’s responsibilities also include Anticorruption Compliance for the Americas. Prior to joining Intel, Leonor was an attorney at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission where she held several roles, including attorney in a merger group and in the Office of International Affairs. Leonor is a Non-Governmental Adviser (NGA) to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission for the International Competition Network. Leonor is a member of the ABA Antitrust Media & Technology Committee Advisory Board. In 2019 Leonor was recognized as one of 40 notable competition law professionals in their 40s in the Americas. Leonor completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her law degree and master’s in international affairs at The George Washington University.
