Martin Mollmann
Martin Möllmann is a member of White & Case’s EU law practice with a focus on EU, French and German competition law. Martin has worked for a variety of companies in antitrust proceedings and merger control filings before the European Commission and several national competitions authorities.
His experience includes Phase II merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before the European Commission, as well as litigation before the European Court of Justice and French courts. Martin also advised companies on various issues such as distribution policies and the interplay between intellectual property rights and competition law.
