Kate Peng is a Partner at King & Wood Mallesons. She specializes in competition law, including antitrust law and anti-unfair competition law.

Ms. Peng is one of the very few attorneys in China who have extensive experience in dealing with both transaction and litigation-specific matters related to competition law.
