Peter Thomas is a Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Litigation Department. Peter has extensive experience in the areas of antitrust, international arbitration, and national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). He has successfully tried several large international arbitrations and obtained numerous antitrust clearances of proposed transactions following Second Request investigations.
