Rafael Pastor
Rafael Pastor is the Director of the School of Law and Social Work of the Central University of Chile.
Since 2013, he has been an NIC Chile arbitrator for the resolution of domain name assignment conflicts. In the law career of the Central University he teaches Economic Law I and III. In addition, he teaches classes on the implementation of public policies at the University of Chile, and in the School of Government of the same university, as well as Public Management at the Autonomous University of Chile.
He was President of the Industrial Property Court in the year (2016), and Chief of Staff of the Undersecretary and Minister of Justice Juan Ignacio Piña (2013-2014). He was also in charge of Baker Mckenzie's Intellectual Property and Pharma practice.
In November 2020, he was sworn in as Deputy Minister Attorney of the TDLC for a period of six years (2020-2026).
