Rosanety is a specialist in Energy and Finance. For 13 years, she worked as stock market analyst in several Mexican financial institutions. Since 2000, she has been public functionary for the Mexican energy sector with a very high and technical profile. As the first Head of Industrial Transformation Unit at the Ministry of Energy, she was part of the team in charge of Mexico´s Energy Reform design. In this position, she designed and coordinated mid and downstream policy for the creation of natural gas, oil products, and LPG markets.
