With many years of professional experience, Mr. Zhang has provided clients with comprehensive professional services in the field of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition, including: representing clients in the anti-monopoly authority's declaration of concentration of undertakings (including in complex transactions) Design and assist in the implementation of the divestiture plan); assist customers in responding to antitrust investigations and on-site surprise inspections by government authorities; provide antitrust compliance consulting and advice on customers' business models, pricing strategies and dealer management; customize internal antitrust for customers Compliance audit and special training.
Assist large domestic financial clearing institutions to improve their personal information protection compliance system, and provide opinions on the legality of their overseas branches' data access to domestic data platforms.
