Samm Sacks

Samm Sacks is a Senior Fellow at Yale Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center and a Cyber Policy Fellow at New America. She has worked on China's information and communications technology (ICT) policies for over a decade, both in the national security community and in the private sector. She seeks to bring feminist foreign policy perspectives to the study of the U.S.-China technology relationship and data governance, which includes convening the U.S.-China Women's Tech Summit discussion series.
