Yaron Nili

Yaron Nili is an Associate Professor of Law and Smith-Rowe Faculty Fellow in Business Law at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Professor Nili is also a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Professor Nili teaches courses in Corporate and Securities Law. His scholarly interests include corporate law, securities law and corporate governance, with a particular focus on the role and function of the board of directors, shareholder activism, hedge funds and private equity.
