Dr. Zhan, managing partner of AnJie, is recognized as one of China’s foremost experts in Competition Law, and ranked as Band 1 competition lawyer by Chambers & Partners. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of ICC China Competition Committee.
Dr. Zhan’s practice in competition law includes representation on private competition litigation, competition investigations, merger control filings and competition compliance, amongst others. His client base includes not only domestic companies, but those from the United States, UK, Germany, Spain, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, France, India, Switzerland and etc.
He has represented clients in some of the most high-profile competition cases in China, which involved various, complicated issues in chemical industry. For instance, Dr. Zhan successfully represented SINOPEC in antitrust litigation brought by Yunnan YingDing, and represented the client in the PVC case.
From 2009 to 2019, Dr. Zhan Hao has been successively ranked as a leading Competition/Antitrust Lawyer by Chambers & Partners and Who’s Who Legal.
