Philippine Antitrust Watchdog Probes Chinese Telecoms

China Telecom-backed Dito Telecommunity on Friday scored a first-round victory in its bid to punish larger rivals for allegedly violating network interconnection agreements, which the Philippine mobile challenger claims has impaired its services.
