ACCC seeks comment on ALH’s proposed acquisition of 31 hotels and takeaway liquor license

The ACCC is seeking comment from market participants related to Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group’s proposed acquisition of 31 hotels and one takeaway packaged liquor license. Woolworths owns 75 percent of ALH. The deadline for ACCC’s final decision on the deal is April 5, 2012.
