Allen & Overy welcomed Hugh Hollman as a partner in their global antitrust team. Hollman brings with him extensive experience in advising on merger control and cartel cases worldwide, as well as antitrust regulatory enforcement at the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where he served as an attorney adviser to FTC Commissioner William Kovacic.
He advises on major projects across a broad range of industry sectors, including energy and petrochemicals, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, life sciences, and aerospace, and has particular knowledge of the Middle East and North Africa region.
