Renowned German antitrust lawyer Dr. Sebastian Jungermann will join Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein (ASD) on February 1, 2021, and strengthen the antitrust practice at ASD’s Frankfurt office as an equity partner.
Jungermann advises national and international companies as well as private individuals in complex antitrust cases, merger control proceedings, transactions and litigation in the field of antitrust and corporate law, as well as in compliance and US matters.
Sebastian began his career at Linklaters in 2000 and moved to Kaye Scholer’s newly opened Frankfurt office in 2002. There he worked at Kaye Scholer’s New York headquarters in 2004 and was promoted to partner in 2009. Arnold & Porter and Kaye Scholer merged in 2017.
Sebastian Jungermann said, “I am very much looking forward to my new working environment. There, I will meet many familiar and new colleagues and top-class experts from my practice areas, especially antitrust law and corporate law. ASD is a first-class, dynamic law firm with an international client portfolio. On this basis, I will be able to develop my business very well.”
