Dr. Michael A. Einhorn (Ph.D. Yale) is an economic consultant and expert witness who specializes in copyright, trademark, publicity right, and patent damages and valuation. He wrote the book Media, Technology, and Copyright: Integrating Law and Economics (Edward Elgar Publishers) and is a former professor of economics and law at Rutgers.
