Swarnim Rai Shrivastava
Swarnim Rai Shrivastava is a qualified lawyer from India. He has three years of post-qualification work experience in competition law. He began his practice at a law firm working on competition and international trade law matters in New Delhi. Thereafter he was selected for the prestigious position of a law clerk at the Antitrust Appeals Court of India. At the Centre for Innovation, IP & Competition of National Law University Delhi, he focused on the relationship between innovation and competition and examined antitrust issues in emerging markets.
Mr. Shrivastava has also undergone advanced training in EU Competition Law in Brussels. He frequently writes on developing antitrust issues and has recently presented his research on antitrust enforcement of online platforms at University of Queensland, Australia.
Mr Shrivastava will be joining Scalia Law School at George Mason University this fall 2018 to pursue his LL.M. studies in Global Antitrust Law & Economics. He enjoys cooking, traveling, cricket and playing badminton.
