Brazil antitrust regulator CADE has reportedly approved of the proposed joint venture between GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes and Air France, according to the Brazilian company.
Reports say the venture includes a deal that sees Air France investing $100 million in GOL. The partnership was first formed last February.
While CADE cleared the deal, it still has 15 days for its court to examine the partnership.
