 |  February 9, 2012

U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten has ordered Delta to pay plaintiffs’ legal fees and costs because Delta wrongly withheld 60,000 documents from a lawsuit alleging collusion with AirTran. The documents were later discovered in the midst of a DOJ probe. The lawsuit claims a conspiracy to charge $15 to check the first bag for a flight.
