Germany: White & Case expands German antitrust practice

White & Case has added to its German antitrust practice with a new partner. Tilman Kuhn, previously Counsel with Cleary Gottlieb in Cologne, joins as a partner and will be based both in Brussels and Dusseldorf. White & Case is giving its practice, previously focused on Hamburg, a foothold in the Rhineland.

    Kuhn joined Cleary in Cologne in 2004 and had been a Counsel since 2012. His focus is on German and European antitrust law and he is experienced in merger control, compliance, and antitrust litigation. This includes work for the Danish pharmaceutical manufacturer Lundbeck in proceedings before the European courts for patent comparisons (pay for delay).
